Terms and conditions.

vreau.website offers presentation websites on a monthly subscription, including, as applicable: a .com domain, hosting, email addresses on the domain, branding and consulting, periodic changes, indexing in search engines and visitor reports. The exact details of each plan (Basic, Extended, Standard) are those presented on the Plans page at the moment the contract is signed.

The advanced modules (user accounts, payments, product showcase, social content, leads, AI agents) are separate services, priced separately, and require at least the Extended or Standard plan.

Prices are expressed in euro per month; invoicing is done monthly, in advance, in lei, at the BNR exchange rate on the day the invoice is issued. The operator is not VAT-registered; the listed prices are final. The price shown is the standard monthly price of the plan.

Payment is made monthly, according to the contract. The initial request and the first version are free; there is no payment before the approval of the first version, the signing of the contract and the acceptance of the plan.

1. You tell us about your business and fill in the request (free). 2. We present the first version within 7 days of receiving all the necessary details. 3. You review it and tell us the adjustments. 4. If you like it, you approve the website, confirm the domain, sign the contract and pay the first month. 5. We publish the website.

The .com domain is purchased after you confirm the name; the domain and hosting are administered for the duration of the active subscription.

You have no technical step to take. The operator handles the domain registration, the hosting, the building and the maintenance of the website. The domain is registered by default in the operator’s name, as part of the subscription service. If you want the domain registered directly in your company’s name, you can choose this option for a separate registration fee: you give us the company’s details and we carry out the registration in your place.

The contract has a duration of 24 months and does not renew automatically; in the final month we propose a new contract. You can stop the subscription at any time, without penalties, with effect at the end of the month already paid. On stopping, or in case of non-payment, the website, the hosting and the email stop. You have 15 days after the stop to download your emails.

The .com domain is registered and administered by the operator, as part of the service, with no additional cost for the client. For the duration of the contract, the domain hosts the client’s website; after the subscription ends, the domain becomes the property of the operator.

Each plan includes a number of monthly changes (two in Basic, five in Extended, up to ten in Standard), considered small content changes. New functionality, major redesigns and the advanced modules are quoted separately.

The content you transmit to us (texts, images, logo, brand materials) remains your property and you grant us the right of use necessary for making and publishing the website. The vreau.website visual identity and the platforms used by the provider remain the property of the operator.

The website, the design, the code, the texts written by us and the logo or visual identity created by us remain the property of the operator; the client uses them free of charge for the duration of the subscription, and the right of use ends with it, at which moment the domain becomes the property of the operator. The materials provided by the client remain the property of the client.

The provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the published website; we monitor and maintain availability and we intervene when problems appear, except in situations of force majeure. The provider is not liable for the content provided by the client or for indirect losses caused by the stopping of the services after the subscription ends.

These terms and the subscription contracts are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably or, absent an agreement, by the competent courts at the operator’s registered office. Consumers can use the ANPC SAL platform (anpc.ro/ce-este-sal).

If you are a consumer and conclude the contract at a distance, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days from its conclusion, without giving a reason, under OUG 34/2014. You can expressly request, in the contract, that we start immediately; in that case, upon withdrawal you pay proportionally for the services provided until then. You receive the withdrawal form together with the contract. Companies and sole traders contract for professional purposes, without a right of withdrawal.

These terms may be updated at any time; the version applicable to your collaboration is the one in force on the date the contract is signed. Later changes apply only with your consent, according to the contract.
