What we measure

Antikatoptis Pareidolia SRL. This page states clearly what we count on the site and what we refuse to count.

To know whether the page is read and whether people send requests. Not to follow you around the internet and not to show you ads.

Legitimate interest, art. 6 para. (1) letter (f) GDPR. You can object at any time: enable Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser, or write to us.

Events with no name of yours, no phone, no e-mail and no content of the request:

• the page opened;
• you went through half the page or almost all of it;
• you reached the offer;
• you started filling in the form;
• the request was sent successfully;
• you pressed the WhatsApp button or the e-mail address;
• how fast the page loaded and whether a technical error appeared, without the error text.

Together with each event we record the type of device (phone or computer), the browser language and the site you came from: only the site’s name, not the full address.

We do not use analytics cookies. We do not keep any identifier on your phone or computer. We do not advertise, we do not identify your browser by its technical features and we do not follow you from one site to another. We do not keep the IP address in the measurement data.

While the page is open, it keeps in memory an identifier of the visit, which disappears when you close the tab. From the IP address, used only at the moment of receipt, and from the browser type we compute a signal for the current day and one for the current week. The signals change: tomorrow’s is a different one. Two people on the same network can appear as one, and the same person can appear twice if they change networks. That is why we speak of estimated visitors.

The signals are deleted from events within at most three weeks, after we have computed the totals for the day and for the week. The remaining events, without signals, are deleted after 90 days. The totals (how many requests, how many estimated visitors in a day) remain, no longer linkable to a person.

If you arrive here from a post or an ad, the page keeps in memory, while the tab is open, five labels from the address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_id), to know which message brought a visit or a request. We do not save them in the browser.

The form is a separate flow: your name, phone and the rest of the request reach the requests database, on the legal basis of pre-contractual measures, as written in the Privacy policy. The measurement described here does not copy these fields. We take the number of requests in a day from that database as a total, without the data inside them.

Into a database of the operator, hosted by Supabase as processor. Visits to this English site are counted separately from the visits to the Romanian site, vreau.website.
